Reserve bank meeting outcome
At it's meeting today the reserve bank board decided to lower official interest rates by 0.25%.

First Home buyers stamp duty changes in NSW Budget
The stamp duty exemption which currently applies to first home buyers (purchasing established property for under $500,000) in NSW is being removed as of 1 January 2012. This means first home buyers will need to save an additional up to $17,000 on top of their deposit. For more on these changes click here & of course, we are happy to discuss this with you.
