What do we do?

• We will sit with you and listen to you when you tell us about your financial circumstances and plans. We bring all the pieces together with you and choose from a range of loan products that meet your financial needs. Give you helpful advice and information and answer your questions about the loan process, our panel lenders, First Home Owner Grants and suitable loan products, special features and benefits of different loans and any supporting documents you may need to include with your loan application;
• Help you complete your loan application form (and submit it to the lender on your behalf);
• Liaise with the lender from the start of your loan application right through to settlement of approved loans and give you regular SMS updates on the progress of your application. If you wish, we can also liaise on your behalf with real estate agents, valuers, conveyancers and accountants involved in your loan application and property purchase to help the settlement process take place as quickly and smoothly as possible;
• Stay in touch with you throughout the life of your loan and help you arrange the discharge of your loan after it has been repaid;
• Educate you about other options for your financial success, be it investing, super etc.
• Assist you (and your family and friends) on any future loan needs you or they may have.

Couldn't you just go to your local bank?

Sure you can, but will they give you the loan which suits you or the loan which best suits them? We can probably offer you the same set of loans, and plenty more ? and we'll make it work for YOU.
